Concealed Tilt latch assembly, Has a finger pull that snaps in after assembly is installed.
Handed left & Right. (marked on latch with R or L)
Most commonly used on Comfortline Fiberglass Double Hung Window.
The rectangular base is 15/16 Inch Wide by 2-11/16 inches long.
Internal Sliding Latch bolt: 11/16 Inch Wide by 2-5/8 inches long.
Thumb Button is 5/8 wide by 1-7/16 inches long.
The 2 prongs at the base of the thumb latch are 1/4 inch wide and projects 5/16 inch.
