The window opening control device for Andersen® casement windows is a simple, orange push-button release that clearly identifies the release mechanism of the device, and an innovative flip cap shields it from accidental release. Opening the flip cap and pushing the release button are the two steps required to release the sash.
Releasable with the insect screen in place and automatically reengages when the window is closed. Therefore, the screen can stay in place and the sash can be released for ventilation without letting in insects.
Made of corrosion-resistant* stainless steel, the device is neatly displayed on the sill stop of the casement window. For installation on existing Andersen 400 Series products manufactured since 1995. A reusable hardware installation kit is available when ordering..
