Used primarily on the vinyl tilt in jambliners (D70 Balances) for wood windows
This item can come in one of two colors. (both are the same)
Blue or Black, are made the same but the black is used to denote the Heavy Duty Balances (HD, TG, and XHD balances)
A white locking terminal is used on standard balances.
